Guests must respect the venue, and will not engage in any form of vandalism or other forms of property damage under any circumstances. Any damages incurred on the property will be the responsibility of each individual, and they will be subject to any financial and legal restitution associated with such damages.
Guests are expected to follow all local and federal laws. Those who violate such regulations are subject to the authority of the City of Gallup Police Department, McKinley County Sheriff's Office, Navajo Nation Police Department, Zuni Tribal Police Department, and all other applicable law enforcement agencies.
Guests are expected to maintain a "safe-for-work" appearance in public spaces, including the Vendor Hall, Lobby, Venue Hallways, and other areas. This includes making sure that all sensitive areas (crotch, chest, buttocks) are covered appropriately. Venue Hallways will be more akin to a PG-13 rating after 9pm. Judgements are reserved for venue and event staff at will.
In both public and potentially private scenarios, including room parties, guests must follow guidelines of informed, continuous, and enthusiastic consent. This means that for any sort of action engaged with another attendees, each involved party must be able to fully, and verbally consent without the influence of peer pressure, substances, or any other form of undue influence. Violations of such boundaries are subject to an immediate removal from the venue and a ban from future iterations of the event.
Underage consumption of alcohol and THC products is illegal, and underage consumption of such substances, especially in public spaces, is prohibited. Registered attendees 21+ will be offered a complementary wristband to indicate to other attendees their eligibility to consume such products. As such, consumption of illegal substances are also prohibited.
Guests are expected to follow all instructions from event and venue staff. Refusal to comply will be considered a violation of the code of conduct, and are subject to disciplinary action.
Guests who refuse to abide by such standards are subject to action from event staff, venue staff, and law enforcement agencies as is applicable. We reserve the right to refuse registration and issue bans to any and all attendees for any-and-all reasons. Local and community safety is a priority for us, and threats to this principle will NOT BE TOLERATED under any circumstances.
